Chirashi Sushi

I ate Chirashi Sushi.  Chirashizushi is a type of sushi that is made by combining vinegared rice with various ingredients.  The word “chirashi sushi” is sometimes simply called “chirashi” in the meaning of “scattering” various ingredients in or on sushi rice.
