1 bowl of Chinese noodles (fresh)

Hot water (for boiling)


10cm long spring onion

100ml water

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon mirin

1 teaspoon white sesame seeds

1/2 teaspoon granulated Japanese-style soup stock
