Soy sauce…A
25cc (1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons)
Mirin…A
25cc (1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons)
Sugar…A
1-1.5 tbsp (optional)
Salad oil (any oil you like is OK)
moderate amount
