I ate shrimp mayonnaise.  Shrimp Mayo sauce entwined prippuri shrimp is delicious.  The recipe uses egg yolk as the shrimp mayo sauce, so the bright yellow color makes it a gorgeous dish.

Gratin

I ate gratin.  Gratin is a dish developed from the local cuisine that is said to be the birthplace of the Dauphine region in France.  It means both a cooking method of “cooking the surface of a dish in an oven or the like so that it slightly burns” and a dish prepared by using the cooking method.
