I ate a healthy menu of tofu and cucumber.  The ingredients of tofu are mostly water and soybeans, but the finished tofu is full of character.  The point which decides the individuality of tofu.

Pressed sushi

I ate sushi.  Pressed sushi  is a local dish mainly found in the fishing port on the Pacific side from Kanto to Kyushu.  A type of pressed sushi that mainly uses small chopsticks and vinegared rice and salted chopsticks are compacted with a mold.#Japan
