Tofu

I ate tofu. Tofu is soy milk made from soybeans, which is hardened by adding a coagulant such as bittern. Cotton tofu is processed by putting it in a mold box, and “Tofu” is a product made by placing tofu in a state in which the soy milk is solidified before putting it in a mold box.
