pork with ginger

I ate grilled pork with ginger.  Ginger-yaki is a Japanese dish made by grilling meat soaked in ginger juice.  It is a recipe based on pork, and simply saying “ginger-baked” means “ginger-baked pork.”  It is also called pork ginger in Japanese English, but it often refers to sauteed meat dishes that use thick loin and have a Western flavor.

fried eggs and nira

I ate fried eggs and nira.  Eggs are not too stirrable, and should be cooked lightly and then stir-fried with other vegetables.  The point is the taste of Chinese chive and Nampula.
