Yesterday, I ate boiled ramen

with plenty of vegetables. It is a ramen to eat stew in a pot.
For noodles, special noodles with stiffness are used even when boiled. The seasoning sauce was finished in a rich taste with a meat extract such as pork, Tonkotsu, and a flavor of fish and seafood such as squid, scallops and oyster sauce.
