230g (standard 250g) vinegared rice
Ingredients of your choice (I used seafood this time)
1/4 cucumber
1 Kanpyo
3 crab sticks
1 stick of salmon fence
1 stick of bincho tuna fence
Cut into sticks according to egg tuna and salmon
