nabeyaki udon

I ate nabeyaki udon.  Nabeyaki udon is a type of stewed udon that uses noodle.  In the udon shop, it is simply called “nabeyaki”.  Mentsuyu and udon are placed in a small earthenware pot or aluminum pot for one person, and then boiled with ingredients such as salmon, shiitake mushrooms, fried chicken, shrimp tempura, raw eggs, and salmon.  Serve boiling and eat directly from the pan. #Japan
