5 cups of water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sake
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tbsp Hondashi (granulated bonito dashi)
a little salt
2/3 radishes
1 piece of konjac
4 knotted kelp
4 eggs
Favorite amount of paste and ingredients
