Nison-in Temple

 The Bell of Happiness

This bell is called the Bell of Happiness.

It’s a name that makes you happy just by hearing it.

This bell rings three times, one set.

 First time!

Pray for the happiness that you are alive and ring the bell.

 And the second time!

Ring the bell in gratitude for all living beings.

 Finally for the 3rd time!

Ring the bell to pray for “happiness for all peoples of the world.”

Finally, we conclude with a rather global wish.

Anyone can ring the bell freely, so the bells occasionally ring in the precincts.

 It was reverberating!
